Single-issue purchases of books and magazines are not refundable or exchangeable unless the item is either defective or damaged. In order to be eligible for a replacement, you must submit a replacement request to Maison Duquesne at info@maisonduquesne.com within ten (10) days of receiving the item. Replacement requests must include a copy of your receipt and a description of the defect or damages along with a photo or video clearly documenting the issue(s).
If your replacement request is approved, Maison Duquesne will provide you with return instructions for the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the publisher.
Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a replacement will be sent to the shipping address specified in the original order.
If the item in question is no longer available, Maison Duquesne reserves the right to replace your product with a similar item of equal or greater value.
Late or missing replacements
If you haven’t received a replacement item yet, first visit the carrier website and use the provided tracking information to track the package.
